The question is WHY does a parent -- a mother, especially -- dress up a daughter in sexy clothing? What is the intention? A perception that it is cute or an intention to instill in the little girl's mind that her "worth" as a woman is measured by how "hot" she looks? Mitchteryosa, there are a lot of children's stores that still sell non-trendy clothes for young girls.
