Perhaps, we need to be reminded of the difficulties we have experienced in the past lest we get too comfortable with the Manila Water service. I get EcoWaste’s press releases in my mailbox regularly, I find most of them very useful and practical so let me reproduce their 15 water tipid tips.
By dinner time, I was willing to concede that the tables on the brightly lit beach did have a charm all their own.
