Seafood dinner at the Fisherman’s Wharf
Fortunately for me, there were oversized sushi and maki.
The President’s fish, purportedly a favorite of the late Chang Kai Shek (hence, the name), which seemed to be on the menu of every restaurant in Taiwan.
And the purple yam (ube) spring rolls that intrigued me endlessly.
Notice the wrapper to understand why I was so intrigued.
A third of what’s been written about me is true, a third is half-true and the rest consists of drug-induced hallucinations. I suppose I’d better let me, rather than them, tell you
