On the road to Batangas
Sometimes, I envy my husband. His company actually pays him to travel. He was in Batangas earlier today and he took these photos with his Olympus MJU 720SW.
Above, Mount Makiling (partly hidden by clouds) in Laguna as seen from the South Luzon Expressway.

The plants in picture 2 are cattails not pussy-willows. The tree you are thinking of is a Weeping Willow.
Ooohhh… thanks for that. I took a lot of photos of this plant yesterday and was about to post them. Now, I can label them properly.
