I never thought I’d get a Multiply account

Sam has a Multiply account. So does Alex. But I never had any reason to get one. I like having my own domain and I don’t like putting up stuff on the web just so others can make money out of them. And that’s how it is with most free sites out there. Well, except Blogger, I think.

Then, I spent half of last night surfing and realized that Multiply is one huge flea market. The two unofficial Ikea (Philippines) sites are there, and I couldn’t post a comment to ask for product details and prices unless I have a Multiply account. So, I was really tempted. Still, I didn’t sign on. I figured I’d just visit the stores so I can see exactly what I’m buying.

BUT. But. I surfed some more and found some beautiful bean bags in fantastic colors. Yes, also in Multiply. And it doesn’t look like the bean bags seller has a store that I can visit. So, I might just as well. GET. A. MULTIPLY. ACCOUNT.

P.S. But what I’d really like is a bean bag sofa like this except that I prefer a cloth (fabric) cover. No leather. Not in this heat.

Multiply kasi is the easiest and cheapest way to market products. I know a lot of homebased and cash strapped entrepreneurs who use multiply as a cheap way to build an online shop ( or in my case, the easiest way for me to display my writing portfolio)

It’s turning out to be a Goldmine for people like me, Prime, who are always on the lookout for good quality but inexpensive stuff for the house. I hope you get the exposure you need too to get your writing on the right direction. :)

Yup, yup, had to get a multiply account, too, if just to comment on so many blogs about Baguio City. I find it hard to maintain a social networking site to promote Baguio though — you know how shy I am…

Just noticed the tagline “powered by apple, canon, nicotine and benguet instant coffee” — love it!

You’ve Come A Long Way, Baby!

I have a Multiply account too, that’s where I used to blog before I got this domain. Didn’t delete it coz some of my friends have their accounts there.

Yun lang, parang hindi user-friendly if you don’t have an account with them Dami nga nagbebenta dun. A friend has her party planning business there :)

Julie, I think that’s their marketing strategy — you have to get an account to post comments.

Sab, it’s http://ikeaph.multiply.com/. It’s already in the entry, actually.
