Great with hoisin sauce

The lazy way to make onion pancakes is to simply roll them flat. That’s what I did on my first attempt. Then, my pride and my self-respect took the better of me — surely I could do better than that. I did a second attempt, rolling and coiling and re-rolling them, and the result made me proud. Take a look.

hi, connie!
i appreciate your generosity in sharing your expertise in the field of culinary arts. you make the basic ingredients turn into masterpieces!
as a result of which, i am wanting to share your recipes in my TESDA culinary arts class. Will you allow for this sharing of your recipes?
And if it is okay if we tweak the recipe to our resources at times?
sorry, i have to ask here; i just don’t know where to post; just needing for your permission though before i write down ingredients from your sites!
more power and thank you very much!
Anyone can cook the recipes. But if you mean compile and distribute for a paid service, that’s not personal use anymore but commercial use. You can send a proposal and we can discuss the figures.
not really a paid service but i want to include it to one of the entries in a contest in our province thru tesda; shoul it win there is a little amount of prize involved ranging from a thousand to three thousand.
just to let you know of the details of the contest, our instructor is asking us to present a recipe that is low cost but is healthy. as a result i am interested to propose tortang sardinas at togue to be our group’s entry.
i want to add some malunggay powder to go with it to increase its nutritional value though.
with all due respect, are you okay with that?
