Eastwood City is a shopping, dining and entertainment complex in Libis, Quezon City. It became popular for its outdoor cafes and restaurants, and band concerts (on Fridays and Saturdays mostly). It is infamous for its longest buffet, a supposedly earth-shaking dining event that turned into a huge fiasco.

Apart from that, there are some enjoyable sights at Eastwood City. Jerry Araos’ bansoy (short for bansot na halamang makahoy) is on permanent display in the central open area. These two photos were taken a couple of years ago but the last time we were at Eastwood City, the bansoy display was still there.
