A different kind of wallpaper
While I’ve been spending days poring over the wallpaper swatches I’ve collected prior to the dining area project, Speedy had been obsessing over a different kind of wallpaper relative to a project of his own.
He is so into his project that he actually found the time to update his blog after neglecting it for over a year and even after I laid a little guilt trip on him. See, although he had been neglecting his blog, I had been faithfully renewing the domain registration. When the credit card bill arrived a couple of months ago, he was scrutinizing the items (as usual) and asking me about a dollar transaction. And I said, “Well, somebody has to remember to renew the registration of your dadishome.com, you know.” Did he update it then? No, he didn’t. But when he got into his project, he did. And even without any prodding from me.
What’s the project? He wants to trade in his 12-year-old car for a new one.

Our business mentor always remind us that “for things to change, you have to change”…and, having a new car sounds like a good idea to start with. Did you try to sell the car to a private person or direct buyer yet? You might get more money from it …and, Good Luck!
I don’t know, actually. Last time he changed cars, he sold the older car that way — directly to a buyer.
