A closet door and a book shelf

Leave it to teenagers to provide just the right accents in their bedrooms.
Below, Sam’s flat white closet door becomes an eye-catching point with this monkey hanging from the handle.

The monkey, made from fabric and fiberfill, was bought from the Greenhills tiangge (flea market) several months ago. Price: P100.00
In Alex’s room, a yellow stuffed toy duck serves as a book end on a shelf.

No, the stuffed toy wasn’t bought for the purpose. If I remember correctly, it was a Christmas gift from a classmate. Alex placed it there to stop the books from falling sideways. Nice little trick.

HELP!!! Wawa monkey looks like he or she is waiting to be rescued by a kind hearted person. And, the poor yellow duck seems like surprised and scared.
