There is a restaurant along Sumulong Highway called Cloud 9 that offers a 180 degree panoramic view of Metro Manila’s city lights. Almost right across Padi’s Point, you have to drive up a steep road to get to the restaurant. On the ground, there are nipa huts for those who prefer a more rustic setting. [...]

One of our favorite places to while away a lazy afternoon, the U.P. Diliman campus has lots of open fields where we fly kites, play ball or just enjoy a picnic. Plus, of course, one never runs out of things to photograph.
